I had a very comfortable 4-night stay here! the staff were excellent throughout my visit. the location was fantastic, right next to Manjez restaurant, the main tourist street, and the beautiful Manjez park, making it easily accessible.

The hotel restaurant food was excellent. Although there are only a few parking places, we made a reservation and had no problem parking our car just in front of the hotel. The personnel was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious.
The big problem was that the air conditioning didn't function properly and as it was very hot in Belgrade it wasn't easy to sleep. What made things worse was that our room was on the ground floor and we couldn't open our window to get some fresh air without being seen from the corridor.

The hotel is comfortable and the location is very good because it is close to every part of the city. You can go walking or by car or bus everywhere you want. We visited Belgrade because of the swimming races in Tajmaidan. The hotel was also close there. The stuff, all the personal at the reception, and especially the young man in the reception desk who called the taxis and helped us so much were helpful, nice and kind. The room was extraordinary clean and comfortable. So we were very happy having chosen and staying at this hotel.
There are to points to complain about. For the ones who are old or not healty the absense of the lift may be a problem. The main problem exists for the breakfast and the restaurant. For such a hotel with everything the best inside of the rooms the breakfast is very poor. And because the place we took our breakfast is a restaurant in fact the stuff of the restaurant was very unhappy meeting us every morning. We haven't had many chances to choose, so we had omlete every day. The first day we got Cafee Latte but from the second day on they didn't like to serve any Latte more and no biscuits, no cake nothing. Two evenings we had dinner at the restaurant. The first time some of us ordered fish which was very delicious. The next time we made a reservation for the evening. We all wanted to eat fish but there was only fish for two persons. That was somehow boring. The hotel must find a quick solution for this problem or exclude the breakfast.

Very polite staff, especially lady at the reception desk. The hotel is situated at a very nice location and is in the vicinity of the city center as well.
The way how the entrance looks like. And also there could be more choices for the breakfast meals.

Staff was very helpful - since we woke up late because of late arrival to hotel, they made breakfast for us even at 11:45! The location is good - close to the centre and 10minutes on foot from the Cathedral of St. Sava.
Bathroom could be bigger...and there was strange smell. The room was very hot but AC worked well.

I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Belgrade. The location was excellent, right by a beautiful park. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing a luxurious experience. The staff, especially Dusan at the front desk, were extremely helpful and professional. it was a great experience.
Although the shower in the room was not the best and lacked strong water pressure, it didn't take away too much from the overall stay. Additionally, it would have been nice to have coffee or tea making facilities in the room.
